What are the delivery conditions?
After order and payment, the equipment is placed for order. From that moment on, the equipment in normal circumstances will be available within 2 weeks.
When the production and transportation is confirmed we will already reach out to / contact you contact you to plan and agree the location for installation.
This can be at our location in Amsterdam or elsewhere in the country. There is also an option for online supported installation.
Is there a warranty for the equipment?
Yes, there is a warranty of two years for the Hardware
Who do you work or partner with?
We work together with our purhasing partner Emolio
Can the equipment also be rented?
It is not possible to rent, lease or borrow a device
Where will the training take place?
This can be either A. Online and B. and at locations throughout the Netherlands. This is usualy tailored to the group/individuals in training at that moment.
Which type of computer can work with the Quantum software?
The software can be installed on any desktop or laptop with Windows 7 or higher (including latest version 11).
The software does NOT support MAC / Apple equipment.
Do I need special computer knowledge to operate the equipment?
You need knowledge of computers, as in operating and being able to use a computer/laptop independently like any other laptop or desktop user. But no specific or additional computer knowledge is needed
Am I required to come to the meetings of the Energetic Community?
No, it is not mandatory, but we do note that there is a lot of enthusiasm for the Energetic Community and people are eager to share their knowledge, information and increase expertise.
How do I learn and acquire the knowledge and experience required?
In our Energetic community we host a number of meetings each year.
These meetings consist of intervision, working groups and information sharing.
Am I required to purchase a course?
No, it is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend that you are able to work properly and professionally with the equipment
When do the training sessions take place?
A training starts every month, this is either on location or online
